i'm sold. this is the next magic cookie. although it does take a large amount of peanut butter, they're worth it! a gooey jelly filled middle is sandwiched between a peanut butter base and pb crumble on the top. minimal dishes and makes 36 easy bars! only downside: baking time 1hr.

ReplyDeleteIn the coming weeks could you do some holiday specific cookies? Just to get ideas on how to mix it up this Christmas. Also, I would be interested in seeing a demographic breakdown of your cookie panel...maybe how many people, genders, age, texture, taste, and appearance preferences....not that I am trying to find reasons for their incompetent scoring of the pumpkin cookies...i am just interested....and like to know who i am taking advice from.
